How Bulk Rewards and Flash Sales Work
Where offers appear
Current offers appear on the home page. A strip near the top names the active offers, and a badge sits on the card of each package that carries one. Open the package page to see the full offer box, with the terms and the quantity steps. If a package shows no badge and no offer box, no offer applies to it.
An offer box shows its type, its terms and, for time bound offers, its start and end times. The quantity that triggers a reward, the reward itself and any per order limit all sit in that box. If a term is unclear, ask the seller in the WhatsApp chat before you order.
Bulk rewards: buy a set, get units of the same package
A bulk reward works on one package at a time. Buy a set quantity of the same package and the same duration, and you receive extra units of that same package. The extra units are part of the same order and the same message. The quantity you pay for and the quantity you receive are both shown in the offer box, so you can see the split before you order.
The count is per product. Buying some units of one package and some units of a different package does not add them together toward one reward. Each package keeps its own count, and each reward is judged on its own line. A repeatable reward can trigger more than once on a large order, within a stated limit per order. The offer box states the limit, and the quantity stepper on the page stops at that limit.
Below the trigger quantity, the page shows a progress hint telling you how many more units would reach the reward. At the trigger quantity and above, the reward applies and the box shows the free units beside the paid units.
A fixed free item with a set quantity
A second kind of reward pairs two different packages. Buy a set quantity of one package, and you receive a fixed free item: a different package chosen by the seller in the offer terms. The free item is fixed. You cannot swap it for another package, and you cannot pick a different duration for it. The terms name the free item, so you know exactly what arrives with the order.
The same per product counting applies. The paid quantity counts toward the trigger, and the free item never counts toward any threshold. The free item also never triggers a further offer of its own. It arrives as part of the same order, and the seller confirms it in the WhatsApp chat like the rest of the order. The free item has no price line in the message, because you pay for the paid units and the free item comes with them.
Flash sales: percent off for a set window
A flash sale cuts the unit price by a stated percent for a set window. The offer box shows the start time and the end time, and the home strip may show a countdown while the window runs. The reduced price applies to units bought inside the window, within a stated limit per order. The page shows the reduced unit price and the total for your chosen quantity, so the amount in the WhatsApp message matches the page.
A flash sale ends on its own at the end time. After that moment the package returns to its regular price with no action from you and no new deploy of the site. If an offer window moves while an item sits in the cart, the cart updates the price and notes the change. Always glance at the cart total before you tap the order button.
One offer per item, no stacking
One promotion applies per line. When two offers could cover the same package, the one with the higher priority wins and the other stays hidden. A lower priority offer on the same package appears after the higher one ends, with no new deploy. No order combines two offers on the same units. No discount stacks on top of a free reward on the same line. The offer box shows the single winning offer, so what you see is what the message will carry.
The cart follows the same rule line by line. Each row carries at most one offer, judged on that row's quantity alone, and different rows never pool quantities toward one reward.
The WhatsApp message and the seller confirmation
When an offer applies, the WhatsApp message names it. The message carries the offer label, the paid and free quantities, and, for a free item reward, the free item and its quantity. The total in the message covers the paid units. The seller confirms the offer in the chat along with availability and the next steps. Nothing about an offer is settled until that confirmation, because the seller checks each order by hand.
If you want to see offers in context, browse the AI chatbots and assistants, design and creativity and productivity and office sections on the home page. Cards with a badge carry an offer, and their pages carry the full terms.
